Believe it or not it is possible to arrange surgical repair of the hymen. It may be reconstruction or replacement. Essentially hymenoplasty refers to the cosmetic surgery that restores the hymen. It is sometimes called REvirgination. It is a fairly simple surgical procedure and there are two commonly used techniques.

For this process the surgeon will reassemble the remnant and close the tear. It is a simple procedure. The risk of fever and infection is low since the hymen has very little vascular tissue in it. The end result after a few days is that the hymen tissue again covers the vagina. You should be aware that this result is not intended to last long and is best performed less than a month before your next anticipated intercourse.

2. Alloplant

In cases where a hymen cannot be restored, a biomaterial can be inserted to function as a hymen. Hymen implant is an easy procedure than can be done under local anesthetic and as an outpatient. The procedure requires less than two hours and the recovery is fast enough that you can return to work the next day. No one is likely to ever notice that is not real hymen tissue.
